Loan Operations Specialist II

What The Role Is

Assist branch personnel with questions and issues regarding Loan Platform, ALS, NetTrax, loan documentation, regulatory compliance, exceptions, and other general loan questions related to insurance tracking and escrow functionality. Ensure accuracy of insurance tracking and escrow information related to loans including the manual process of setting up escrow accounts.

How You will Make an Impact

  • Assist branch personnel via telephone and email with resolution of all issues and questions.
  • Input and verify information being submitted to the insurance tracking vendor.
  • Input and verify information being utilized for setting up escrow processing for applicable loans.
  • Assist management during implementation process for outsourcing insurance tracking and escrow functionality.

Who You Are

  • High School Diploma.
  • College degree or applicable work experience.
  • Good attention to detail skills.
  • Good organizational and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of loan products and functionality.
  • Professional written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to operate standard computer and office equipment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments as workflow is adjusted for regulatory and workflow changes.
