Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a civilian Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at the Grand Forks Air Force Base in Grand Forks, Virginia.

This is a great opportunity for an LCSW who has experience providing counseling and resources to assist patients in obtaining quality care. This rewarding position offers a chance to better address behavioral and physical health concerns of service members, family members, and retirees by increasing access to primary care/behavioral health services to the Active Duty and families and to take an active role in supporting our nation's military. Position Highlights:

Full Time Opportunity | 40 hours per week
• Three days in office - 2 days virtual
• Primary Care Clinic
• Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• No night, weekend, holiday, or on-call responsibilities!
• 11 paid federal holidays per year
• Opportunity to provide healthcare services to the Military and their Families

Position Requirements:

• Any active state LCSW license
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
• Masters of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited graduate school of social work
• Graduate from a School of Social Work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
• Must have at least 3 years of experience (in the last four years) working as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker evaluating and treating patients
• Prior active duty experience OR experience working with military personnel or beneficiaries is preferred
• Prior training or experience as a behavioral health provider integrated into a PCMH setting is preferred
